4 Things to do in Coronado in August
Coronado Island is amazing year-around! But if you can make it during the month of August, here are a few exciting things going on:
Coronado Concerts
The concerts at Spreckels Park are free and each summer they have a wide variety of artists that come to play. Best of all, you can bring your own wine or beer. Most people bring an amazing spread of food - which usually gives me more ideas for my own meal prep. Dancing is optional, but it’s always a choice for me. The last concert is on September 1st.
Brunch at The Henry
Coronado is gaining a beautiful new brunch spot! The Henry opens August 27th. My friends in Phoenix and Dallas have been raving about this spot so I instantly recognized it. The menu looks delicious and has a wide range of options. I’m so excited to spend a weekend morning here!
Painting by the Sea
Paint and wine classes have become increasingly popular. But how would you like to paint right outside the Hotel Del and in front of the glittering pacific? Classes continue until mid September.
Bike the Bay
This is the one time of year you have the opportunity to bike across the famous Coronado Bridge!! What a nice way to spend a Sunday morning.
Let me know what you do on the island this month! xo
